Her background spans the restaurant and real estate industries, most recently serving as an accounting manager at a real estate investment company.
Michelle’s journey into accounting was inspired by her family, with a mother who was a bookkeeper and an aunt who was an accountant. This early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in numbers and financial management, leading her to a successful career in the field.
When it comes to her work, Michelle’s favorite part is research. She loves diving into problems, finding solutions, and supporting the growth of her team. Her commitment to mentorship and development aligns perfectly with our mission to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
