Fire Extinguisher Training

Employee training in the use of fire extinguishers should be an important part of your safety program. At Reliable Fire Equipment Company, we offer a complete program of employee training, both live fire and simulated, in the use of portable fire extinguishers. Studies have shown that an employee with even minimal training is able to put out significantly larger fires than those with no training.  Click here for information for training.

Inspection & Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers

Portable extinguishers require annual inspection and periodic maintenance. Certain portable fire extinguishers are required to be fitted with a “Verification of Service” collar, or neck ring, whenever the valve is removed from the extinguisher.  Reliable Fire Equipment Company is pleased to provide these services and can recharge any extinguishers on our mobile units saving any downtime.

As one of the first fire extinguisher service companies in the nation to begin the use of “Verification of Service” neck rings, Reliable Fire Equipment Company is committed to providing excellent customer service.  For more information regarding inspection and maintenance services, click here.
